I’ve been going to this business for several months with my 2003 Safari Trek, which I purchased used. I had previously been taken advantage of by a well known RV sales and service establishment. It’s difficult today to find a business of service that cares about their work but also their customer. I’m sort of a pain customer in that I am a single female and elderly. After having gone to other repair shops for my RV, I found Triad RV Repair LLC in Lexington NC. This is the place to go for repair, questions and or suggestions. Jeramy and his staff are very knowledgeable. They look at the problem, put their heads together and come up with a plan. The cost is very reasonable and they make every effort to work with you. They, in my option, go out of their way to be perfectionists. I highly recommend them.
