What to expect when scheduling a repair or maintenance appointment at Triad RV Repair
We are open and operating, and completing repair and maintenance work with limited personal contact when you drop off your RV or trailer. We urge you to call or contact us in advance to make sure that we can accommodate your repair or maintenance request. Because of COVID-19-related delays with our parts manufacturers and distributors, there are many parts back-ordered. We are doing our best to source parts and will keep you updated based on your situation.
– We are following health codes with all vehicles coming into our facility
– We are sanitizing all handles and surfaces prior to starting our work
Once your work is complete, we’ll let you know it’s ready for pick-up. We then do another round of sanitization on all handles and surfaces we worked on prior to your picking up your RV or trailer
For those who feel more comfortable with no-contact drop-off, we have set up a dropbox with information sheets and envelopes for keys. Once you have dropped off your RV or camper, we’ll completely sanitize all handles and surfaces prior to it coming into our facility. Once we’ve had a look at your work order and your unit, we’ll give you a call to explain what maintenance or repair needs to be done and work on any approvals needed by email from there.
