But now that spring is upon us, it is time to have your RV dewinterizing done. Here are some of the things you can expect us to take care of during your RV dewinterizing:
- Battery Care – We will check your battery to make sure it is at a proper voltage. It is likely that your battery needs to be recharged after a winter of sitting dormant.
- Tires – We will check all the tires to ensure that they are at the proper inflation and that you are safe to drive. Your tires are likely to be under-inflated from the cold temperatures of this last winter. Driving with under-inflated tires can cause blow-outs, uneven wear, and difficulty driving.
- Exterior Inspection – We will inspect your entire RV, including the roof. We will look for any damage, cracks, and weatherstripping issues. If anything needs to be addressed, we will contact you.
- Water System Flush – During winterization, we added non-toxic RV antifreeze to your water lines. We will flush all of this antifreeze out of your water lines now so that you can have clean and safe drinking water.
